An Abenaki Indian white cedar burl bowl with compass pinwheel designs on the bottom and sides.  It is similar to the bowl shown in Steve Powers’ Treen Book, pg. 186-187, and also in Keno’s auction cat., pg. 13 of Peter Bram’s collection (that sold for $3720.). The bowl is 8 1/4”- 8 1/2” out of round dia.  It has a nice dry surface.  circa. 1760’s. (TR-324)
